Welcome to TTSForge, an AI-based Text-to-Speech (TTS) platform operated by TTSForge. By accessing or using TTSForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Our Service
TTSForge enables users to convert typed text into synthesized audio ("Generated Audio") using AI-generated voices. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis and may be updated or improved over time.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
2.2 Age Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
You retain ownership of all text you input ("Input Content"). You also retain full usage rights to the Generated Audio, including commercial use.
All source code, voices, model logic, UI design, and infrastructure remain the property of TTSForge.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use TTSForge to:
- Generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
- Mislead others through impersonation or fraudulent intent.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Clone or imitate a real person's voice without permission (if voice replication features are available).
- Use the Generated Audio to develop or enhance competing TTS/AI voice services.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require payment. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including performance or availability guarantees.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
