1. General Policy

TTSForge provides a subscription-based service that gives access to premium text-to-speech features. All transactions are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy, our official merchant of record.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Accidental purchases (e.g., duplicate subscriptions for the same account).
  • Major technical issues that prevent service usage, unresolved within 7 days after report submission.
  • Refunds are eligible if no premium quota or features have been used after purchase.

Refunds are not eligible if:

  • Quota has been used substantially.
  • Request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • You no longer want or need the service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Account Email]”.

Include the following details:

  • Email used for the subscription
  • Lemon Squeezy invoice or payment confirmation
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy, and funds are returned to your original payment method. The process usually takes 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Lemon Squeezy account or via the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations take effect for the next billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining time of the current active period.
